The inventory module had the most efficient stocking method and improved all internal operations. Odoo's double-entry inventory has no stock input, output or transformation. Instead, all operations are stock moves between locations.Every stock move from purchase to warehouse bin to sales order are made traceable. Tracing the lots or serials upstream or downstream from anywhere in the supply chain was also done.

Accounting module(with provision for borrowing)

It enabled Bellaflor to maintain a record of financial transactions, process payments, audit statements and create, send and reconcile invoices. we provided accounting services to streamline and automate financial transactions.Unlike any other software Odoo allows the inclusion of borrowing in the accounting module.

Easy migration from Peachtree to Odoo

Transitioning from another system is challenging.  We built a good plan to decide on what data to move (open transactions, customer history, etc).  After the data and go live, it helped to run the two systems in parallel for a number of weeks and do daily reconciliations to make them feel confident in the migration.With Odoo's flexibility migration was smooth.

Mulitple currency

This multi-currency system allows to receive, pay, and hold multiple currencies. It enabled them to have the invoices in both USD nad ETB through a single platform.

Payroll

Managing the employees' and laborers' pay was challenging.The method of payment calculation for each work is different.The challenge was to build a single system to calculate all these different types of wages and alert the payment charts at the right time.

Employee Material Requisition

In this the employees are able to make a material reqiuisition from the store and the inventory regulator can check the request and the requested product's availability then the IR can approve the request or change it to a purchase request if the product is not available. And we can trace the location of the product from the store shelf to the requested department or place.

Sales order management with an allocation

here the sales person is able to manage a sales quote and send Performa-invoice and if the customers agree with our service agreement we can confirm the sales to make a transport or a delivery order or both if needed.   Allocation is to plan for how much quantity we want to sale a specific product’s transport, so when an allocation is there we can control the balance of what has been sold and assigned a transportation and how much we still need to sale to complete our allocations.

In these modules we are able to manage every vehicles status and transport trips

From this the operation managers are able to manage the vehicles services, fuel logs, driver’s history, tire change logs, odometer readings and access all information about the attached trailers as well.
