The Challenge

The company own the farm in Ethiopia and the sales team are located at Miami, there is 8 hours difference between the time zones, the sales team completely depends on the system for sale. They were using another custom developed software for the sales and inventory operations. The old software was not having effective inventory management, payroll and accounting modules, also there was no BI or Dash Boards, the reports were obsolete, very complex operations for product registration and high dependability on Excel for analytical reports.

The Solution

THRIGA offered a complete Farm Management Software, named “Zeri” based on Odoo, easy to use modules for Farming, Harvesting, Grading and Exportation. The new system has effective stock management of flowers and input materials. the optimum use of Analytic Accounts, Dynamic dash boards and reporting system of Odoo, keeps the client fully comfortable usage.

The use of Odoo.sh -cloud hosting platform and Odoo’s capabilities to integrate with Bio-Metric attendance devices, Barcode printers and its exclusive module for Barcode scanning of stock transfer made the project a great success.
